Our laboratory operates from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. We're closed on weekends and public holidays.
Samples can be submitted in person during our operating hours or sent via courier. Please ensure they are properly packaged and labeled according to our submission guidelines available on our website.
